Copy and save colored cells

Sorry i expressed myself badly. I have a spreadsheet where column D, possesses different numerical values​​, where some are colored in yellow and others are colorless. I need a procedure to copy the colored cell (color index = 6). elsewhere and save the values ​​of colored cells in a txt file in c: \ code.txt.. can you help me ?

Personally, what I want is relatively simple for those who know about excel / vba.
