Populate one TextBox with the results of a series of other TextBoxes

Hello.
I’m trying to populate one TextBox with the results of a series of other TextBoxes.
The user will answer a series of questions within Sheet 1. Each question can be answered in 4 differing ways (4 TextBox options per question). I want one final (big) TextBox to collect each of these answers.

BandStand,

I modified your sheet and some of the formulas.
The problem you were having is from the text being in a shape instead of a cell.

On the second tab, you will be able to go to veiw and select the headers box and then you will be able to unhide the top
6 or 7 rows that contain all of the refrences for the formulas.

Thanks for that (did you attach the modified file? I can't see it).
I kept the text as a shape (instead of a cell) becuase I wanted to keep the text formatting.

This is great and I really thank you. However, I've got 56 questions (that equates to 224 answers) and each answer will change over time. So the textbox was the preferred method.
I'm starting to think this is impossible and maybe I should look for a different method. I think you understand what I'm trying to do...any suggestions?

I see... Do you have the actual spreadsheet avilable with all of the questions and answers? I would be more than happy to create a similar layout for the entire sheet and make it easy to edit the questions/answers whenevr they change.

So I have been able to add more responses and more questions with the right formulas but I am having a hard time formatting the cells properly. Do you have the actual respones for each question? I would be able to format everything properly if I knew how long/many reponses per question there were. Thanks!
