Macro to move complete row from one worksheet to another

I am new to VBA, but I am trying to hove rows from one worksheet to another if a value in column B is met. For example, if Column B has the work "term", then I would like this macro to copy the entire row even if there are empty cells in the column. I have this piece of code, but it does not work as I expect. Your well is well appreciated.

Re: Macro to move complete row from one worksheet to another

    Hi Jindon,
Thank you for your quick response. I tried your code and the only thing that I see is that if there are more than one term in difference rows, for example, if there is a "term" one in row 5 and then another one in row 13, the macro does not select all of the filtered "term" and copy into the Terms worksheet. Is there another way to accomplish this if there are several non sequential order?
    Thank you for your help.

    Mr. Jindon,
After using your VBA code, I noticed that it doesn't compy my formulas. It converts them into values.
I was thinking if I can use

    instead of Copy.
I would like to copy and paste the entire row it is possible.
