fill down data in range

i am facing issue while filling down data. this is happens because structure of data. i need code which can fill down data with different values. plz find attached workbook for your reference.

plz suggest me some code so that i can complete my rest automation.

i want to fill it like find first cell then fill up to next cell which value is different then take next cell so on

This will have blank cells if first cell is blank (until next non-blank cell)..
because it doesn't know what to fill.
