Simple Add/Subtract with loop

Hi,
I'm very new to programming/languages so any advice is appreciated. I need to subtract one cell from one sheet to another cell in another sheet and use loop to do it.
Please help. As you notice, sheet 1 has continuous data points 1 thru 10 and 11 thru 20. Sheet 2 has 4 empty breaks or cell between 10 data points. my goal is to subtract set of 10 data points using loop.
