    Filter if greater than 0

For the filter using cboCommish there are three available values. blank, "YES", and "NO". I would like to have the filter to not filter anything in column 30 if its blank. show only values that are greater than 0 if "YES", and only values of 0 if "NO". Im sure someone has run into this problem before.
