Extracting Directory list contents

Hello all. I need some help with pulling data from file directories. the columns I need to extract are Name, Date Modified, File Type, Size, Owner.

I need to bring the the data into an excel spread sheet. I have the knowledge to massage the data but I am having trouble importing the data and have it break out into the correct columns.


Any help would be greatly appreciated.
