Issue Pasting Formula Using VBA

I am trying to paste a formula into a cell using the following VBA:

The formula is then copied down. Once the macro is complete the cells show a "#NAME?" error. Closer inspection of the cell contents reveals the the formula is actually:

Perens has been placed around one of the range references. I am thinking this may have to do with the colon. Any help in being able to represent the formula in VBA without adding the perens would be appreciated.

That is not a R1C1 style formula...

Change:
