Userform Problems

Hello I am having trouble displaying information in my userform I would like each textbox to display the same record. The Columns in sheets 1 should populate the textboxes. In textbox1 would like to display column "A" without the blinks, and also locking the boxes to edit, I don't want the user to be able to change the date in it. In textbox 2 I need to display data from sheet 1 column "B" but allow editing. Finally the command buttons need to move the user up and down one record.
