Insert row when new value entered

Hi Excel Gurus,

I new to excel and VBA. Need some help.

Basically wht i'm trying to achieve is to insert a new row with the value i input on a another sheet.

Eg.

If i insert a new name in sheet 1 - cell A59 then a new row need to be inserted BELOW of following row in sheet2

row 65 ,row 115, row 167 and so forth....

new row need to follow the formatting and value of above row except the employee name.

If i can get some help. Thanks in advance.
