how to display an image in userform

hi
how would i display an image which is currently attached to a collumn in a worksheet named sheet1,when the userform is populated with data it
i have a userform which is populated by this same worksheet ,
in the userform i have various boxes and 1 called imageframe,
i want to copy this image from sheet1 to imageframe,
in the end i will have some 200 images on sheet1 on different lines and i need it to pick the right image
any help wuold be as good as
