Copy from sheet to other sheets, after each heading, in a specific row

    Hi to everyone,

I would like to copy a range from a specified sheet and copy it to all other sheets in a workbook, except sheet named X.

The tricky part is the following which I can't seem to get right.

The range to be copied will be based on:

looking in all sheets for a continuous range (heading) of data in row 1, starting from M1 onwards,
after each continuous range is found, paste the copied range after one empty column, in row 1000.

I am attaching an example which I think will make it much clearer.

    Many thanks!

P.S I would like to use this method of looking for the heading in all sheets, and with each heading, run macro X upon the range found below the heading, 5 rows down. This is something irrelevant to the above, though I thought to mention it here instead of creating 2 separate threads.

what does that heading part mean?
    Row 100 onwards mean what?
where will the data in the sheet X be? Will it be continuous?

In each sheet, in row 1, there are many headings, for example in Sheet1, there's O1:U1, AB1:AH1, AS1:BA1.

After each heading, leave an empty column, and then paste the copied values in row 1000.

In the attachment, I would like to copy the range J5:L35 from the sheet "Range to be Copied" . Then paste it in all other sheets in the workbook except from one sheet named X.

    Many thanks!
