Macros created in Windows XP not opening /working in Windows 7

Hi frnds,

I have a macro which was created in Windows XP, but if I open the macro in Windows 7 it shows compile error in module. Sometimes it shows incompatatbility error too . I have attached the screen shot of my error with this post for your reference . Pls help to me to resolve this issue. Thanks in advance.
