Require VBA program to convert excel file to a particular .csv format

Hi!
I build surveys using Qualtrics Software, in which I have an option to download the survey response in .csv format!
I wanted an excel sheet to get converted in the same format as the .csv file, so that it becomes compatible to be imported to the Qualtricss software! Can you help me do it?small city query.xlsxWS_SmallCity.zip

Sure,in the survey, I have different sections: UserDetails, Primary Jobs, Other Jobs, etc Each section has its own table according to Job Titles asking for Hourly wage and other details.This form is the same for any user from Small City.My Excel file( uploaded above) shows different cities! I need all cities and its related data to be in one row per user in .csv format as I wanted to import this data of previous year to the survey in Qualtrics software(survey builder) and I downloaded sample survey in .csv format (file shown above) from the Qualtrics & I have got to convert my excel file (file with previous data) similar to this .csv format so that it can be imported easily to the software I am using.I guess I need VBA program for that!Does that make sense?

I had the same problem as rylo, I couldn't see a connection.

I'm afraid I still can't.

For example where in the CSV does the muniname from the Excel file go?

There's no column with that name or a similar name.
