Finding “NULL” values and shifting specific cell rows to the left when found.

I have tried a few methods but not getting the result I am looking for.

In the attached I have include a sample set of data with a before and after (what I need it to look like). I need to be able to perform a macro on the active worksheet that does the following.

Looks at each row, specifically columns C through E and if the value "NULL" is present shift the cells to the left removing the NULL values and moving the specific data to the correct columns.

I have a very large amount of rows to perform this on and any help would be appreciated.
