Copy data from one sheet into another based on some criteria without using VB

Hi,

I have a workbook which has sheets named Zone A, Zone B and Summary. Zone A and Zone B has same columns but different data. I have to pull the respective records from Zone A and Zone B sheet based on column ''Joined in Dept".
I don't have to pull all the columns. I have to pull only few columns data from sheets Zone A and Zone and show it in Summary Sheet. I should do this by writing a formula but not any code.

Please find the sample sheet attached.

Can anyone please let me know how can this be achieved.

based on column ''Joined in Dept". So when do you pull/push data from this column, when it is Sales, or QA, etc?

I want Date, Name of the Person, Joined in Dept., Remarks, Percentage and Referrer columns data to be pulled from Zone A and Zone B based on value 'QA' in 'Joined in Dept' column.

Right now i am preparing the 'Summary' sheet manually by copying the data of each row from Zone A and Zone B sheets and pasting it in Summary sheet. I want to do this automatically by writing formula. I tried to do this by 'If' function but i could not succeed in this.

Could you please let me know if there is any possibility of avoiding blank records(Row 13, Row 16-21, Row 24) in between data records(Row 12, Row 14-15 etc) in the "Summary" sheet?

I will upload this excel to Google Docs i.e i am using Google Doc spreadsheet. So can you please provide me javascript which can do this job.

At the right hand side next to Post Quick Reply, there is GO ADVANCED.
Press that and then go down you will see Manage attachments.
Press that and upload the upload..

Please refer to attahced Summary sheet.
I have added dropdown list in cell C8, you can choose either Sales, QA, Development from here.
Once the data is populated, copy A12:F31 to DeleteRows sheet staring in Cell A1...
After copying, press Delete Rows Button and see teh result.

After copying A12:F31 rows data from sheet "Summary" to "DeleteRows" sheet, if i click on Delete button, i am getting a popupwith message 400(screenshot attached)...

Please refer to attached sheet.
GO to FinalResult Tab.
First press CopyPaste Button and then Delete Rows Button.

If you need to change the rows to be copyied then change in the code.
Current i am copying A12:F100 from Summary tab.


As i mentioned earlier, choose QA or other from dropdownlist in cell C8 in Summary tab.
