VBA to SAP (BAPI)

Hi Experts,
I am new to excel vba.
I am trying to create a sale order from Excel VBA via BAPI

This is my code:

The issues are:
1. I am not able to get the sale order number as a return parameter
2. i get error 424: object required after the statement:

In your code I don't see the command to input customer number, Without this how can the system return Sale-Order Number?
