Macro to find sign "@" and change format of email address

Hope someone could give me a hand with the following:

I am looking for macro that could recognise email addresses and change their format to red without changing the format of the whole cell. The cells on the worksheet are full of text and within the text there are the emails.

The emails always are preceded and followed by coma or space.

Any directions on here will be greatly appreciated

How would I do to make the email adresses change to red instead of font.bold?

The error is because there was a index that links to the worksheet.
