Changing fill color of shapes based on changing cell value

Hello,

I would have a map with provinces (31). Each province is a shape. I want them to change their color based on a changing cell value (pick from drop-down instead of manually enter). How can I do this?

be sure names in column P are the same of the Shapes, then use this code selecting names on column P
