Excel Rota - Help

I am looking to draft up a conitnuous 10 week rota. The rota is basically a combination of days, lates, nights, rest days and training days spread out over a ten week period. The pattern here is that the rota repeats itself every ten weeks. I would like to be able to forecast this ten week rota over a yearly calender.

I have typed the 10 week rota into excel but would welcome guidance on a formula to forecast this rota upon a specified date.
