Transferring a combobox value to a specific cell range

    Hello Everyone,

I need your help with a transaction in which a combobox value is transferred to a cell range based on the availability of data in another cell. Please take a look at the sample workbook: you'll see the three columns, two ("Deviation Response Code" and "Corrective Measures") get populated by another sheet; once there is info on these columns, the supervisor reviews it and signs off on the comments. The problem is that the info can fill hundreds of rows with no comments at all but the supervisor still has to type his/her name to approve the entire row's data ("Deviation Response Code").
I was thinking of providing a userform to enter the supervisor's name and a row number to populate (or sign off) only the rows that have data on the "Corrective Measures" column but I'm struggling with the correct method to accomplish the transaction. Maybe someone can think of a better way to do it...
Is there a way to "sign off" those columns that have data without having the user enter a row number? In other words: is there a method to transfer the supervisor's name only to those rows that have data in the comments section?

    Any help is greatly appreciated!

    Thanks in advance!

    Thanks for the reply, Dave.
Could you explain your solution a bit? I'm not following it completely... if it's trying to setup the range, then where do I go from there to get the supervisor's name on the range? If it's doing something else, could you explain it?
When I started thinking about a solution to the problem I used the following to place the supervisor's name on the sheet:

but this only works when the comments are all together... so I was looking for a better way to look for data on column B and then place the supervisor's name on those cells that have comments.

Thanks again for any help you can provide.

If there is something in column c, then throw whatever is in the textbox, next to it.

    Hey Dave,

I finally got it... and it works perfectly. I just made a couple of changes for it to do what I was thinking.

Thank you again for the help!
