How yo add fancy controls to user form

How yo add fancy controls to user form instead of old MS controls.
Example : fancy buttons with various shapes & glossy colours.

Insert any object you'd like, then right click and choose assign macro, if what you want is macro based. You can change the colors on some of the userform buttons, but I'm not sure of any additional formatting that can be done with them.

you can use a program like GIMP to convert an image to that of the actual shape of the image rather than a rectangle.
You then add the picture to the button in properties, then change background to transparent.
You then have a button the shape of your image.
