I have been struggling to get to grips with capturing data in an MS Excel 2003 spreadsheet.

I have two worksheets within the same workbook. The first worksheet contains names of personnel, the areas and departments they work in and a number of mandatory training courses that need to be completed (the date of completion is input in to the corresponding cells (personnel vertically listed and training courses horizontally).

The second worksheet has 12 tables. The first table counts and calculates percentages of staff per business area who have completed/not completed each training course and will alter whenever the first worksheet is updated.

The remaining tables refer to each training course individually. What I require is for these tables to capture the statistics on the last day of each month automatically. Vertically these tables list the month whilst horizontaly each business area's headcount, and completions rates are captured.


Can anyone please assist.
