Counting how many times a checkbox is checked

Hello everybody,

I would like to create a form in excel with several checkboxes. This sheet will be shared within my team.
My goal is to get the number of times that each box has been checked.

For exemple :
Box A : 5 times
Box C : 40 time
etc ...

Is it possible to help me about it?
Do I have to creat a marco? Which one?

Pleaaaaaase help me !!!!

I find that this works. Designate a separate worksheet to store the counts.
The worksheet can be hidden and still have the counts updated.
