VBA Index/Match/iferror/and comparision and update file through two different sheets

Hello Friends,

I am new to excel programing,I have created simple program that copy and past formula from one sheet to another.

I would like to have loop or some pragraming logic which will reduce the simulation time. currently it is taking too long as I have about more then 3000 rows.

I am attaching the file which I am using rightnow with this post,bas file is also included.
