Code to pop-up User Form on workbook open

Thanks HaHoBe, I had done it before and couldn't remember. Also, I'm having another problem, trying to center the UserBox on the same screen as my workbook, I have two screens and would like the UserForm to be centered on the screen with the workbook, but for some reason it opens on the other screen, I know the center option is there but none of the items under Position work, even Manual under startup postion puts it on the second screen. Windows default puts in the top right corner and not the center. Any ideas?
