change in 1 column makes changes to another column

I wanted to watch H4:H59 for the conditions from a drop down list that contains any of the following:
BED READY/ORDERS
C2C/ORDERS
HOLD/ORDERS
ORDERS
PD/ORDERS
R4C/ORDERS
TBA/ORDERS
Then I wanted a special character placed into the corresponding column in row K from 4 to 59
I started fooling with the code below, but I am a novice and am not sure where to go from here.
