    splitting a string

    hi

can someone point me in the direction of how to get just the file name out of the following (without the .xls)...

    C:\Users\gfrewin\Documents\SupplierOutPO\Outstanding PO Lines.xls

I guessing i need to find the position of the last \ character somehow first?

    Thanks
