Userform linking with active worksheet not maintaining link with correct worksheet

I have developed a Userform that works great as long as I don't change active worksheets. When I do, the userform tries to link with the current worksheet instead of the worksheet containing the data. I'd like to see the changes in real time as I make adjustments using the userform. My userform works once, if I start it in the data worksheet and move to the second. But as soon as I try to use the userform again, it tries to pull data from the active sheet. If I try opening the userform using a command button on the second sheet it opens but again tries pulling the data from the active sheet.

I'm at my wits end, any help will be greatly appreciated
