Remove duplicates on column A and merge rows in column B

Hy there!
I'm new on the forum, so please don't make jokes on my knowledge. What I'm trying to do is to merge all cells that have the same value/text in column A, B, C and D (hold only one unique value) and in column E and F merge the 3 texts in one cell. Column C is the reference column (so at every change in column C should do that). After using the VB code I would like to have somenthing like:

A B C D E F
GOGU ATE TO 75462 09.07.2012 E3&" "&E4&" "&E5 F3&" "&F4&" "&F5
MIHAI MARIUS ATE PH 72690 27.06.2012 E6&" "&E7 F6&" "&F7
. . . .
. . . .
. . . .
. . . .

I've tested both of the codes, and both of them works just fine! You guys rock! Thank you very much! I'm trying to learn (or I'd like to learn) VB so I can help others and do my own codes. So, if you have any advices for me..I would be glad to hear them. I don't know where to start from. Still a rookie in this domain.
