Make Workbook Read Only and not allowed to Save and Save As

Hello All,

I was wondering if there is a way I can make my worksheet as read only and not allowed to Save and Save As. Need VB code for to READ ONLY and disable SAVE and SAVE AS option. My file name is mutual funds.xls
I would like a pop-up message box like this;
MsgBox ("You cannot save this mutual funds workbook when it is read only. ")

You can prevent user from saving by putting this code in the ThisWorkbook module.

Code works but I can not apply this code to my workbook. How do I apply this code to my workbook. I can not save this code.

Any help..........
