Sub to Delete Rows Beneath Chart

This macro is supposed to find the first empty cell in Column A and delete the next 100 rows below that. However, It doesn't seem to be working for me. If I run it 4 or 5 times in a row, then it will eventually do the job. But it almost never works on the first try. Any ideas why?
