Clearing cell values when another cell in same column changes

I am currently using the code

To delete the value in G9 when G7 is edited, but I need Excel to delete the cell value of anything in the 9th row if the 7th row of the corresponding column is edited.

So if H7 is edited, clear H9, If I7 is edited, clear I9 and so on up to the Q column.

I cant seem to chain my above if statement
Any help would be greatly appreciated
