Determine number of rows in a table by cell value

Hi

I need to have the attached table (from L4 to R21) complete automatically depending on the value held in J6, the years to retirement cell. So in my example there are 15 years until retirement so the table stops at 15 years. If 20 is entered in cell J6 I need the table to continue to year 20.

Can anyone please help with this ?

You're a genius, thank you so much. Is there anyway to keep the formatting so it looks the same as the original ie so the box stays round the whole thing, the green filling only goes down to the appropriate year and the orangey filling is on the monthly income row ?
