Data importing from Text file to Excel

Hi all,

I have a text file which is system generated. And I want to import the data from this text file to Excel in the manner as displayed in the screenshot of the excel ****. I want the Average of the number mentioned from Q3-06= X to Q3-10= X.

But the problem is the I could not find the Average as its not purely a Numeric data, and also not sorted out like what I need.

I need help to find these average numbers using any farmula or script. Pls help.

change the range to suit.
array formula ctrl+shift+enter ..not just enter ,you'll notice the curly braces around the formula when done right.

First of all, Thanks for your response.

Actually I have no processed excel file, as I do not know how can I import this data like how I shown you in screenshot. That screenshot is taken after arranging the data manually to demonstrate, what exactly I want to achieve.

Let me know if you still want that xlsx file which I screenshotted.
