Need help with creating a random table in school, would be really appreciate fot it!

The task description itself: Make a program what inserts a table with random numbers from 1 too 100 to a cell named Table. The number of rows and columns are determined in row and columns cells. Also the program must make numbers what divide by 3 make bold(class range property Font.Bold=True). Before inserting the table in a area it must be cleared(method clear).

Well myself don't have any ideas how to do this but I would be really grateful for any help. Also i have like and hour to do this Thank You!
