What's the best way to compare the values within multiple sets of rows in multiple tabs?

I have an excel spreadsheet comprised of multiple tabs (up to 50). Within these tabs I have multiple sections and within each section there are rows with the headings of MWP and EST. What I'd like to do is compare these two rows to ensure the data in each row/column/cell is the same between MWP and EST. The rows EST and MWP are located one right above the other are comprised of 12 cells, but throughout each tab in different sections.

I was able to name a few of the MWP/EST rows as a named range and compare the values in the named ranges, but the problem with this is that we'd need to create 2000+ named ranges amoung the 50 tabs and we'd like to avoid this if possible. Any thoughts?

Unfortunitely I don't have an easy way to share the workbook.
