Save Old Data

i have developed a system in excel where i have named two sheets as kse index and old data save for sheet 1 and sheet 2.
kse index sheet download daily data from web by just refreshing data.
i want you to develop a macro for me and the requirements are as follows:
1. it should match the date given in the old data save sheet with the kse index sheet
2. then match the company name given in the save old data sheet with the kse index sheet
3. read the close value of the company from the first sheet and copy it to the second sheet under the same date and infront of the same company name.
