VAB to Refresh external App

Hi guys,

I'm bad in English so please bear with me

I have a VBA Code that running every second to copy, paste and calculate some numbers and my sheet is linked dynamically to external App.

The problem I'm facing is that the cells "which have external App link" update every three second!

my question is:

Is there is a way to ask VBA to refresh or update the cells that have external App links before calculate them?


Information about the external App:
App name: Kostathmer.DeskTop.Win.exe
Cells from A1 to B100 have links like these:
=KostathmerDde|DSSYMBOLS.SYMBOLS!'TOTALVOLUME~98897'
=KostathmerDde|DSSYMBOLS.SYMBOLS!'TURNOVER~34623'
