Macro for timestamp with seconds for logging data

So what I'm looking to create is a sheet that will put a timestamp in column A while I make notes in column B

Ex...I write text in B3. when I hit "Enter" a timestamp (h:mm:ss) would appear in A4 with the active cell being B4 ready for me to write text.

    Can anyone help??

    Wow...That was Quick...Thank You!

One thing I didn't think about...is it possible to lock the timestamp so that even if I go back later and edit the text the time doesn't change?
