    Macro to select rows with respect to highest value in column

    Hello!!

    i am looking for a macro that will remove the rows with the least value and keep the rows with respect to the highest value in a column

    What if both the rows have the same value in column B? Which row should be deleted?

    Hiiii,

    Sorry for the quick threads..

    on a deadline and trying out different concepts...


    in the above macro, column B is not important....the sorting factor is column D...i.e is to pick the highest two values from the column D..

    Any ideas???

    can we do the macro with reference to one column...like only E..compare the values in column E ..take the highest and delete the remaining..???
