Need Legends in Row 1 to Grab The Descriptions From Columns B.

I have included the file with the example filled out , Row 1 contains many cells with numbers and letters (starts in column 3 row 1), I call these "legends" Each Legend Needs to populate accordingly by matching the letter in Columns A and copying the corresponding data in columns B.

The example included should help explain it more carefully, Things to note , Legends are single digits 0 - 9 and the alphabet, and some letters could be duplicated in columns A and B, in my example N is duplicated a few times so it should copy all the data from all the N's. Another thing that would help greatly is some Legends in Row 1 Contain a Dash -, the legends after the dash should get the corresponding data only from the Orange area in Columns A and B. I would like this to be dynamic , Row 1 Could have 20 legends, or 100's and Columns A and B Could Change in length or data.

Thanks for any help , this is a tedious task which i believe can be much faster with a macro.
