Listbox Selection True for Certain Values on Activate

I have a listbox that generates a list of all worksheets in workbook on activate.

On activate, I would like the listbox selection to be true for certain pages. How do I go about making this true if the name is the qualifier?

too much? if i was able to do a dynamic lookup of the selection index that may help...

this is the best i got so far, but it slows down the user form activation by a few minutes
