macro that will hide/unhide rows based on data validation selection

Hello,

I am new to VBA and Macros, and have been unable to figure out a code that will automatically hide or unhide the rows that contain the sales person name.

I have attached an example of my sheet. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Thank you for respondng. I am unabl to get the code to work. When I copy the code above into the sheet and change the Sales rep, there is no change to the data below.

ok press ctrl + f11, double click the sheet you want it to work on in the left hand panel. paste this code in there
