Sending mail depending upon the range of cells

Hi, I have a macro which uses Lotus notes database to send email with a selection. Further to add on to this functionality, I am looking to run a loop which checks each and every row and if the cell value for i column is NO, should send an email copying that row only. This is basically a program to check access for a particular tool and in case someone does not have access, should send an email notification only to that relevant group of email id.
