HELP! Macro to Copy specific cells from one sheet to another based on specific criteria

Hello,

I am really in need of help formulating a Macro in excel 2007.

The spreadsheet i am working with calculates the number of times employees within the company receives any sort of recognition. The company i work for has over 1000 employees, so the spreadsheet is long and tedious to maintain. Nevertheless, i am trying to write a macro that can copy cells A:C (name and supervisor) and paste it into another worksheet based on cell AF (which calculates if they have ever gotten any recognition).

You have two conditions(True and False), so which one is the criteria? Let say if it is true, you want to copy A-C in to the monthly total. Is this right?
Monthly Totals you have name and monthly total

Yes, that is correct. If cell AF says True, i would like it to paste Cells A:C of that row to the monthy totals tab next to Name, so begin pasting at cell B2. Does that make sense? Then for the feb tab, i want it to do the same but start pasting in E2.

The criteria on both sheets is not on the same column, so I am not sure how you want to do it, but try this code and let me know how the result should be.
