TextToColumns in a loop (If a condition is met)

I'm trying to split out data from one sheet to another, but only on rows where a specific condition is met. I can get this to split on the same sheet, or split it out on a separate sheet but for every row, but I can't get it to work with both of these. This is what I have written - is there something wrong that anyone can see?

EDIT: apologies, forgot to upload the example

Additionally, I'm only doing this because I haven't been able to find a suitable solution for a "reverse" wildcard lookup/match (e.g. I want to find if any part of a string in a cell exists in an range rather than looking for a string in a cell in any part of a cell within the range) so if someone has something like that, even better!
