VBE change value in TextBox in Form

I want to change the Value and Text in a TextBox within a form that has been created using visual Basic Editor Excel 2003. I can go in and view the Textbox but it won't let me change the Value or Text (which is currently showing as 0).

I have attached a Print-Out of the page and highlighted the 2 areas i wish to change.

Can anybody tell me how to do this?

It's not letting you type the value into either property field?

Stupid question, but is there any code running when this happens?

Also, can you change the value in the textbox programmatically?
