    VBA for Convert to Range

    Can anyone give me the proper code for converting a table back to normal data? The following code definitely doesn't work, and the macro recorder doesn't record anything.

    That does work, but only if I know what the Table is. In my case it was "Table6", but it's always different. Is there anyway to have it work on any open sheet. Like this:
