Need a Macro code for Dropdown

Hi All,

I need a drop down for 'By Country" and "By Specialty" in the sheet 1, i need the same country names and specialties in the drop down which are there in the sheet 2.
Countries: UK, USA, Germany
Speciality: Endo, Cardio, Derma

Can u also provide an option in the dropdown where in i can select multiple countries or specialties at once and also an ALL in both the drop downs.

If we select either 1 or 2 countries it should display only those countries along with the other columns in the sheet 2, rest of the countries should be hidden. (same with specialty as well)

If we select ALL in any of the dropdown it should display all the results in the sheet 2.

I have attached the sheet with an example.
